My personal view's on spiritual growth

Updated: Oct 17, 2024

We all experience negative thoughts from time to time. Some of us push them aside, some dwell on them, and others may ignore them entirely. Yet even the most driven among us, whether working passionately or simply making ends meet, have likely felt a sense of existential questioning at some point.

When I speak of spirituality, I’m not referring to religion or philosophy in the traditional sense. Instead, I’m talking about the act of being human—feeling connected to yourself on a deeper level, understanding your body and your inner self, apart from external markers like career, family, or possessions. This type of spirituality is about being in tune with who you are, spirituality is not a luxury but a necessity.

Once you establish this relationship with your inner self, it becomes easier to access it when you need it most. But when exactly do we need this connection, and why should we seek it? I believe it's because it grounds us and reminds us of the essence of being human. It keeps us humble in the face of nature’s grandeur, while simultaneously feeding our curiosity about the world.

The Power of Curiosity and Imagination

Curious people thrive, even in the most mundane environments. Remember how, as kids, we could transform a room into a world of imagination? We explored without limits. As adults, we often lose touch with that sense of wonder and imagination. Yet, it's that very imagination that allows us to shape our reality and perceive life through our own experiences, rather than relying solely on the ideas and stories of others.

In a way, losing our imagination is like trapping ourselves in a web of self-imposed limitations. Imagination, however, lets us see beyond those limits. It opens possibilities and allows us to perceive our own reality through a lens of curiosity and playfulness, just as children do.

Expand Your Thinking and Maximize Your Potential

I challenge you to embrace this childlike curiosity and spiritual freedom. Let go of narrow, rigid thinking and expand your mind in all directions. Through both nature and spirituality, we can view ourselves more humbly, more openly, and come closer to maximizing our human potential.

This isn’t just philosophical, it’s practical. Whether you’re in the workforce, leading a company, or simply looking for a deeper connection, adopting this mindset of spiritual freedom and curiosity could unlock new levels of creativity and self-awareness.

Immerse yourself in nature and experiencing its vastness. Step outside, away from distractions, and reconnect with your most authentic selves. Nature grounds us, reminding us of our place in the world.

In the quiet outdoors, we can reflect deeply, find clarity, and nurture the connection with our inner self.

Don’t take my word to try it for yourself. Embrace the possibility of spiritual growth, creative thinking, and even playfulness in your life and work. The results might surprise you.
